Recently i've been reading the newspaper and came across some interesting and exciting articles!
#1:
I read about this article where a lady had a tumour in her womb or i can't remember where and she's pregnant. Guess what! The baby kicked out the tumour and now both the mum and the baby is fine!
#2:
The next article is about a Vietnamese woman hanging herself. A young Vietnamese student who was in a relationship with a married man took her own life by hanging herself in a cardboard after her boyfriend failed to send her school fees.

Courtesy to give up seats on public transport to those who needs it more

I find this sentence pretty funny!

''Does pregnant woman makes commuters sleepy?''

I came across this and i really think that this statement is really funny but its true.
Singaporeans always tend to close their eyes and pretend to be sleeping when pregnant woman or the elderly boards public transport especially in the MRTs. It also says:

''Why do Singaporeans feels extremely sleepy and automatically closes their eyes when they see a pregnant women on the train.''

''Could it be that there is such a curse: pregnant lady = immediate eyes close"

I think that Singaporeans nowadays should learn to be more caring and helpful in a way that they should be kind and give up their seats to people who needs it more then them. Even if they are not sitting on the ''pirority seats'' they should still give up their seat to those who needs it more than them.

HERO MAID

Recently i've read a newspaper article on a ''hero maid'' in Singapore. I can't really remember what exactly the article was talking about, but it is something about a maid, was crossing the road with her employers and two daughters. The maid was walking infront, carrying the younger daughter while the parents were behind holding the older daughter. Suddenly the maid saw a bus driving towards them and she immediately threw the younger daughter to her parents while she herself was knocked down by the bus. As the maid had serious injuries, she was pronounced dead while the younger daughter only had some scratches on her limbs.
I think that this maid is really a very brave and responsible maid as she ensures that her employers children don't get hurt by going all out to protect them. Nowadays we can hardly fine such a caring and kind-hearted person.
